How to find your Model # and date code?

The manufacturer’s label, located on the bottom of the air fryer, includes the model number and date code. Please ensure that both numbers match the recalled models and date codes.

Please follow these steps closely to ensure a smooth recall process.

1. Turn Off Your Air Fryer

Please ensure that your air fryer is turned off and allow it to fully cool down before proceeding.

2. Unplug Safely

Carefully unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and wait at least 5 minutes to ensure safety.

3. Cut the Power Cord

With proper caution, cut the power cord of your air fryer, rendering it inoperable.

4. Write Down Your Information

On a piece of paper, write down your name and shipping address. This information will be used for the replacement process.

5. Take Photos

Take 2 clear photos of your air fryer, referring to the provided sample photos. Your name and shipping address must be visible in the photos, and the images must clearly show that the cord has been cut.

6. Keep Your Air Fryer

Please retain your air fryer until you receive the replacement. Do not dispose of it.

7. Submission Guidelines

Ensure that the pictures meet the above requirements. If the pictures do not adhere to these guidelines, your registration for a replacement will not be accepted.
